JT HAYNES

Chief Executive Officer & Managing Broker

JT was raised on a ranch North of McLean, Texas where his parents still reside today. His father, once a rancher turned preacher, and his mother, a CPA, instilled strong work ethic and a sense of always trying to exceed people’s expectations.

 

He acquired his undergraduate degree and Masters in Agricultural Science from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.

 

While still attending college, JT received his Texas Real Estate license and in January 2010 received his Texas broker’s license and started Triangle Realty, LLC, along with his wife and business partner, Jamie. 

Prior to his real estate career, JT spent more than twenty years in livestock pharmaceutical sales throughout the region, calling on the nation's top 25 corporate cattle feeding operations.

JT owes his successful sales career to his mantra "It’s the little things you do, that you don’t have to do, that make a difference, when nothing else matters." When not spending time with his beautiful wife, he enjoys hunting and fishing with his boys.

Vice President of Operations

Born in Platte City, Missouri as a third-generation registered Angus breeder, Jenni was and remains very engaged in the registered Angus business and junior activities programs throughout the nation.  

 

She obtained a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill while also managing a corporate coffee shop, learning the ins and outs of retail and customer service.

 

After graduation, Jenni moved to Washington, DC, working several years for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association handling federal lands issues and state affiliate policy outreach.

Most recently, Jenni served as the Business Manager and Marketing Director for Legacy Land Auctions.  Prior to joining the Legacy team, Jenni served for seven years as the Political Director for Congressman Mac Thornberry, one of the last active ranchers serving in all of Congress.

Jenni and her husband, Josh, are raising two children and a handful of Angus cows just south of Canyon, Texas.

JENNI WINEGARNER

Auction & Marketing Coordinator

Kate was born and raised in the small town of Snelling in the Central Valley of California. She grew up active in the livestock industry, raising beef cattle and hogs. 

She attended Oklahoma State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications and a master’s degree in International Agriculture. While finishing her master’s, she spent a summer in Scotland working on a Wagyu cattle operation.

Prior to joining the Superior Land Network, Kate worked as a Communications Specialist for the American Angus Association in Saint Joseph Missouri, where she mainly worked in broadcast.

Kate resides in Canyon, Texas, and while she is happy to officially be a Texan, she enjoys visiting her family back in California.
