TRACT 1 - 1,082± Acres

The southernmost portion of this ranch, Tract 1 is crossed by nearly three miles of the North Fork of the Red River.  Recreational opportunities abound on this tract that is fenced around it's perimeter and bordered on the north by paved Farm-to-Market Road 1321.

TRACT 2 - 320± Acres

At closing, the purchaser of Tract 3, if different than the buyer of Tract 4, shall execute an easement granting legal ingress and egress to Tract 4 across the land included in Tract 3.  Neighboring landowners have agreed to sign ingress/egress language allowing the purchaser of Tract 4 to cross the southeastern corner of the section from Tract 3.
